Pass & Access FAQ

Lazy Lines 30-Day Pass and Lazy Lines 1-Year Pass access begin only when you explicitly choose Activate Pass. Buying either pass, signing in, viewing Lazy Lines, adding or changing a trip date, or choosing Decide Later does not activate it. Lazy Lines Founders Pass access begins when its purchase is verified.

Your purchased Lazy Lines 30-Day Pass or Lazy Lines 1-Year Pass remains ready but unactivated, with no start or end date. You can return later, add a trip date if helpful, and activate when you are ready. An unused 30-Day or 1-Year Pass does not expire merely because time has passed since purchase.

A Lazy Lines 30-Day Pass costs $14.99 and provides 30 consecutive days beginning at activation. A Lazy Lines 1-Year Pass costs $24.99 and provides 12 months beginning at activation. A Lazy Lines Founders Pass costs $49.99 and provides five calendar years beginning at verified purchase. No more than 100 Founders Passes will be sold.

No. A trip date helps you plan. It can be added or changed before activation and does not begin your access period. Activation is a separate, explicit action.

Yes. Open My Passes, enter your purchase email, and use the six-digit verification code sent to that email to sign in on the new device. Your purchased passes are associated with your verified purchase email. A recovery code remains available as a fallback; keep it private.

No. The 30-Day, 1-Year, and Founders passes are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Applicable tax is calculated at Stripe-hosted checkout.

Purchases require a U.S. billing address. Gift passes are planned but are not available for purchase.

Payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Lazy Lines does not collect or store your full card number.
