Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-10
Lazy Lines is a service operated by Block GIS Solutions, LLC. This policy describes how the service handles information.
Information used for access
Lazy Lines stores purchased entitlements on its server independently of your browser's saved planner choices. It uses the purchaser’s email address and records needed to provide and recover access, such as the purchased product, Stripe transaction identifiers and status, activation and access dates, optional trip dates, attribution information, and securely protected session and recovery credentials. Current self-service recovery uses the recovery code issued after purchase; it does not automatically verify your email to restore access.
Payments
Checkout and card entry are hosted by Stripe. Lazy Lines does not collect or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms and sends Lazy Lines payment and refund status needed to manage access.
Planner and location information
The planner stores your selected and completed attractions, current chosen starting point, and related park-day state in your browser so your plan can survive a refresh. If you allow browser location access, your coordinates are used on your device to show your position and evaluate the park boundary; the planner does not send your GPS coordinates to Lazy Lines as part of this feature. Lazy Lines does not include GPS coordinates in its local feedback journal. The map loads MapLibre code from a third-party host and map tiles from OpenFreeMap. These providers may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and requests for the map area shown. If you choose Directions, your browser opens Google Maps with the destination coordinates; Google's handling of that visit is governed by its own terms and policies.
Feedback, diagnostics, and technical records
Limited ride actions, timestamps, and error categories can be stored in your browser. They are shared only if you choose to send feedback or download and provide the diagnostic file. An email you send contains the information you choose to include. Servers may retain ordinary security and request logs, including IP address and browser information.
Referral attribution
When you visit a purchase or campaign page, Lazy Lines may record campaign parameters in the page URL and the referring website's domain. The access service may set an attribution cookie so a later purchase can be associated with a qualifying creator referral or campaign. This is separate from the local feedback journal.
Creator applications
If you apply to the creator program, we use your name, email address, platform, public profile URL, approximate audience range, and any optional message to review and respond to your application. Applications are stored privately and are not published. We use a protected hash of the submitting network address to limit spam. An application does not automatically create an affiliate account or grant product access.
Retention and choices
Access and payment records are retained as reasonably needed to provide recovery and support, administer refunds, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We periodically review creator applications and delete application information when it is no longer reasonably needed to review, respond, or administer the creator program; this is not an automatic deletion deadline. Browser data remains until you reset the day, clear site data, or your browser removes it. You can deny location access and still choose a park entrance or nearby attraction manually.
