Refund Policy

Lazy Lines is a service operated by Block GIS Solutions, LLC. This policy applies to Lazy Lines 30-Day Pass, Lazy Lines 1-Year Pass, and Lazy Lines Founders Pass purchases.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the pass has not been activated and has not been used. Refunds outside these standard conditions are not automatic. Lazy Lines may make reasonable exceptions for technical failures, erroneous charges, or exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer rights.

Technical problems and requests

If a technical problem prevents Lazy Lines from functioning as intended, contact support@LLParks.com. Lazy Lines may attempt to resolve the problem or provide an appropriate refund depending on the circumstances.

Include the email address used for purchase and a description of the issue. Do not send card information or a recovery code by email.

Approved refunds

An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears. When a refund is successfully processed, access from that purchase is revoked. A fully refunded Founders Pass returns its limited-inventory slot for sale; a partial refund revokes access but does not return a slot.
